Postage costs

A fixed rate of €6.95 PostNL and €6.85 DHL applies to all orders.

Delivery time

Ordered before 12:00, shipped today.

Track & Trace

As soon as we have given your order to a delivery person from the relevant parcel service, you will receive a track & trace code by email. By clicking on this link you can easily track your order.



If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 30 days, provided they are unopened. In exchange for the returned product you will receive another product or your money back.


1. Send us an email with the information below -

  • Ordernumber

  • Product(s) that are being returned

  • Reason of return

2. Send the package in the original packaging

3. Stick the label sent to you on the packaging

4. Take the package to the nearest relevant parcel point

Additional information

  • Returns are processed within 7 days

  • You will receive confirmation after receiving the return notification

  • Return costs are always at your own expense

  • Casadeliciozo is not responsible for any damage or breakage upon return
