Delivery Time & Shippings costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 12:00 on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs:

Free delivery for orders above € 75,-

Delivery is via the parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount including shipping costs. The return costs are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@casadeliciozo.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Guarantee
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@casadeliciozo.nl. From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
